Remember, counselling is not only for times when things are falling apart! In fact, it can be amazing to invest in yourself through counselling when you are not actually in crisis. Psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth, for deepening your capacity for relationships, and for coming into a fuller and more compassionate relationship to yourself.

Group therapy (sometimes called "process groups") can be an extremely effective and transformative experience. Groups offer a challenging and immediate way to experience yourself in relationship to others, and to explore new and different ways of relating to other people.
