Dealing with Burnout? Find support here.

There are many paths to burnout - from parenting, working, student living, and caregiving, to chronic worry relating to climate change, social and political turmoil, and experiences of oppression. No matter the cause, the outcome is the same: lots of stress in our bodies - with too few opportunities for the stress response to complete - leading to feelings of numbness, overwhelm, exhaustion, and disempowerment. Voila: burnout.

Together, we will work to identify the stressors that contribute to burnout and master evidence-based strategies for completing the stress cycle - without taking a long expensive vacation, or adding more self-care to your to-do list!

Since burnout is systemic (i.e., not individual), healing is best done in community. The group therapy format is a key strategy to aid in symptom reduction because being in connection with others is itself a way to complete the stress response cycle.

This group is for cis women, trans women, and non-binary folks who are comfortable in a space that centres the experience of women. Ages 18+, 8 spots available.
